How can we help?

If a child is in danger, call 112 first
In an emergency, contact the police or emergency services on 112 before you contact us. Then tell us straight away so we can pull the trip record, reach the driver, and act on the vehicle. Bharat School Ride is a safety layer, not an emergency service.

Where to reach us

One team answers everything. Email us with as much detail as you can — the date, the child's name, or the vehicle — and we will come back to you.

Complaints

If something went wrong and you are not satisfied with the answer you got, say so and we will treat it as a formal complaint. We acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as set out in our Terms of Use. Complaints about a child's safety are acted on immediately, and a driver or vehicle can be taken off the platform while we investigate.
